Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the VibeWall website, the waitlist, the wall diagnostic, and the emergency intake form. By using the site you agree to them.

What VibeWall is

VibeWall is a structured program that helps founders take a product built with AI tools to something that survives real users. It is a program, not a dev-for-hire service. We do not take ownership of your codebase and we do not promise to write your product for you.

The waitlist

  • Joining the waitlist reserves a position. It is not a contract, an invoice, or a guaranteed place in the cohort.
  • The founding cohort is capped. Positions are assigned in the order signups are recorded, and the tier attached to your position is shown when you sign up.
  • Perks associated with a tier are confirmed when your place in the cohort is confirmed, not at signup.
  • We may close, pause, resize, or reschedule the cohort. If that affects your position we will tell you by email.
  • One person, one position. Signing up repeatedly with different addresses to move up does not work and may get all of them removed.

The wall diagnostic and your report

The diagnostic asks six questions and produces a report describing the failure patterns your answers point at. It is informational. It is not an audit, a security assessment, or a warranty about the state of your codebase, and a clean-looking report does not mean your app is safe or production ready. Decisions you make about your product remain yours.

Report links are unguessable but they are not password protected. Anyone you share the link with can read the report.

The emergency form

The emergency intake is for founders whose product is breaking in production right now. It is a request for help, not a monitored on-call service, and we make no promise about response time. Do not rely on it for anything where delay causes harm.

Acceptable use

  • Do not submit addresses that are not yours, or automate signups.
  • Do not scrape, crawl aggressively, or attempt to enumerate report links or waitlist positions.
  • Do not attempt to access admin areas, other people's records, or any part of the system you were not given access to.
  • Do not use the emergency form for spam, sales pitches, or abuse.

We may block addresses, IPs, or referral codes that break these rules, and remove the associated records.

Content and intellectual property

The site content, wording, and materials are ours. You may quote or link to them with attribution. Anything you send us stays yours, and you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for, such as generating your report or answering your request.

Availability and no guarantees

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular outcome from the program. Advice given during the program is judgement, not a warranty.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of this site or the reports it generates. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy and the cookies and tracking notice.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Questions go to marketing@tlmgo.com.
