Privacy policy

VibeWall is a structured program for founders who built a product with AI tools. The site collects a small amount of personal information to run the waitlist and the program.

For any privacy question or request, write to marketing@tlmgo.com. We answer within 30 days.

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist or submit the emergency form.
• Your diagnostic answers, the six questions in the wall diagnostic and the report generated from them.
• Emergency request details, the fields you fill in on the emergency intake form.
• Attribution data, meaning the utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content values in the link you arrived from, plus gclid, fbclid, the referring page, the landing page, and any partner referral code.
• Email delivery status, including whether a message was delivered, bounced, was reported as spam, or was unsubscribed.
• Your IP address, used to rate limit signups and block abuse. It is stored with the signup record and with rate limiting records.
• Basic usage analytics, page views and traffic sources. See the cookies and tracking notice.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, postal address, or payment details anywhere on this site.

• To run the waitlist, assign your position, and tell you when the cohort opens.
• To send you the confirmation email and program emails you asked for.
• To generate your wall report from the diagnostic answers.
• To understand which ads and referrals bring people to the site, so we do not waste money on the ones that do not.
• To prevent duplicate signups, spam, and automated abuse.

Under GDPR, our legal bases are consent (for the emails you signed up to receive) and legitimate interest (for security, abuse prevention, and measuring how the site performs). Under Canadian privacy law we rely on your consent, which you give by submitting a form on this site.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We use these categories of service providers, and they only process data on our instructions:

• A hosting and database provider, which stores the site and its records.
• An email delivery provider, which sends the confirmation and program emails and reports bounces and complaints.
• A privacy-focused website analytics provider, which counts page views and traffic sources.
• An advertising platform pixel, which records that a signup happened on campaigns we run. It receives the event, not your diagnostic answers.

Data may be stored on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Waitlist records, diagnostic answers, and reports are kept while the waitlist and the program are active, and while you remain a subscriber. Email delivery logs and rate limiting records are kept for a limited period for security and deliverability purposes. Ask us to delete your data and we will remove it, keeping only what we are legally required to keep, such as a suppression entry so we do not email you again by mistake.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, GDPR gives you the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data erased.
• Restrict or object to how we process it.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing done before you withdrew it.
• Complain to your national data protection authority.

If you are in Canada, PIPEDA gives you the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to challenge our compliance with these commitments.

To exercise any of these, email marketing@tlmgo.com from the address you signed up with, or tell us which address to look up.

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe from the unsubscribe page. Unsubscribing stops the program emails. It does not delete your waitlist record, so ask us if you want that removed too.

The site is served over HTTPS, access to the admin tools is restricted to named accounts, and database access rules limit what any request can read. No system is perfect, so if you find a problem please tell us at marketing@tlmgo.com before telling anyone else.

The site is meant for people building software professionally and is not directed at anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has signed up, tell us and we will delete the record.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting people already on the waitlist will also be announced by email.
